As much as we love truly RAW honey (and we do) sometimes when your cooking, you need your honey to squeeze! Our 5lb Wasatch Wildflower begins the same as our other varieties, but it gets heated just enough during bottling (no more than 120 degrees) in order to preserve its liquid state. That's still far less than the average bottling temperature which allows our bulk honey to maintain a significant portion of its beneficial natural properties. Perfect for adding to your favorite recipe and especially good for baking.
