Tom is a self-proclaimed bee nerd. There really isn't a better way to describe him. From the moment he was exposed to the wild wonderful world of bees, he has followed his curiosity well beyond the world of honey. As one of the West's most knowledgable apiarists, Tom has set his sights on teaching the world about all the other 4,000 species of bees in the US that don't produce honey. Together with the help of GRIP6, another conservation minded Utah manufacturer, the Hollow Tree Honey Foundation was born. With the sole vision of improving pollinator health and habitat. The Foundation is now coming up on it's 6th year of educational programs and habitat projects all over the state of Utah.
